You can't see it, but it's in every wheel we produce. We constantly seek customer input for product improvements. We listen to our customers!
6
Quality abrasive grains
Bates uses only the finest grains to formulate our cutting and grinding wheels. The result is more aggressive cutting and longer life across all products.
7

Quality control inspections
Bates has a very aggressive quality control program, with rigorous physical inspection at every step in the process.

8
Rough cut texturing
Bates uses an innovative surface treatment on certain wheels to improve operator efficiency. When the wheel touches the work, grinding action starts instantly. Operators love it! Look for the letters "RC" at the end of the grade.
